Calculates the refund amount for a commuter pass from the specified bus company.

- General Rules
- Refund Amount = Purchase Price of Pass − Number of Days Elapsed × One-Way Fare × 2 − Handling Fee
- *If you no longer need an IC commuter pass, you will also receive a refund of the deposit in the amount of 500 yen.
- Exceptions
- Sendai City Transportation Bureau, Hiroshima Bus, Hiroshima Electric Railway Bus, Osaka City Bus (Osaka Metro), Shinki Bus, Keihan Bus, Nankai Bus, Kobe City Bus
- If a 6-month pass is used for 4 months and 2 days:
- 6-month pass fare − (3-month pass fare + 1-month pass fare) − one-way ticket price × 2 × 2 days − handling fee
- Hokkaido Chuo Bus’s Otaru City Flat-Rate Pass is non-refundable.
- We do not support the emergency measures (such as waiving service fees) implemented by various companies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Depending on the number of days elapsed, no refund may be available.
- We do not support commuter passes issued in conjunction with other companies or transfers between companies.
- One-way fares appear to vary by transportation company and may be based on cash fares, IC card fares, or standard commuter pass fares.
- If the refund amount includes a fraction of less than 10 yen, it is rounded to the nearest 10 yen.
- For special commuter passes, the refund amount may not be calculable using the method described above.
