Terms of Service
The keisan service (hereinafter "the Service") is managed and operated by Ripplex, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company").
By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.
User Obligations
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service. If the Company determines that a user has violated these terms, the Company may suspend or revoke the user's access without prior notice.
- Registering false information
- Reproducing, transcribing, or selling any or all information provided by the Service without the Company's permission
- Infringing the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties or the Company
- Damaging the property, reputation, or credibility of third parties or the Company
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Using the Service by impersonating a third party
- Acts contrary to public order and morals
- Acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations
- Acts that the Company determines may fall under any of the preceding items
- Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
The preceding provisions do not exempt users from liability for the consequences of their actions. Users shall indemnify the Company against any consequences arising from the preceding provisions.
Service Interruption and Suspension
The Company may interrupt or suspend the Service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases.
- When performing periodic or emergency maintenance, inspection, or updates of the Service's systems
- When the operation of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster
- When the Company determines that interruption or suspension of the Service is necessary for operational or technical reasons
Disclaimer
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disadvantages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or destruction of user data due to equipment failure, trouble, or communication line problems in providing the Service.
- The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery or delay of emails from users, or any related issues due to system failures.
- The Company may freely reproduce, disclose, distribute, or otherwise use all data, images, text, and other information contained in bulletin boards, surveys, and other communications provided through the Service.
- Calculation results provided by the Service are for reference only and are not guaranteed for accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. If you use calculation results for financial, medical, engineering, or other decision-making, please consult a qualified professional. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of calculation results.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes shall take effect upon posting on the website.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any matters not stipulated in these terms or any doubts arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the user and the Company. If consultation fails to reach a resolution and litigation becomes necessary, the Tokyo District Court shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
