Retirement allowance = Basic amount (Monthly salary on retirement date × Payment rate by reason for retirement and length of service × Adjustment factor) + Adjustment amount
(※1) Deduct any excluded periods from the length of service.
Leave of absence, suspension, childcare and self-development (1/2): Count at 1/2.
Full-time union duties and self-development (1/1): Count at 1/1.
Childcare for a child under 1: Count at 1/3.
(※2) A total of 60 months, using the categories (positions) and months served during employment, selected in descending category order.
(※3) Employees retiring more than 6 months and no more than 15 years before mandatory retirement age, with at least 20 years of service.
・This calculator cannot handle cases where salary has been reduced for reasons other than a downward revision of salary rates (such as demotion or transfer between salary tables).
・The minimum guarantee under Article 6-5 of the Act is not considered when the selected reason for retirement is workforce reduction, etc. and service is 4 years or less.
