Model Rocket: Altitude Calculations
This calculation determines the rocket’s altitude based on its angle.
Assuming a national competition,
-----------
the baseline length is 65 m (130 = 65 × 2), and there are two observers
-----------
.
For other launches where there is only one observer, please enter the same angle for both.
*During the two previous on-site operations, there were several instances of errors of approximately ±1 m. The cause of this is unknown, so please use these results for reference only.
*The calculation formula was incorrect. It was corrected on March 14, 2024.
