Calculates the time taken to climb a paved road by bicycle based on average power.

Do not use the distance and elevation data posted on the event website, as it is often inaccurate.
It is recommended to obtain distance data from Google Maps and elevation data from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan website.
For individual and equipment parameters, use power measurement data from https://keisan.site/exec/user/1694409785から.
Please adjust the values so that they are consistent across multiple data sets.
The drafting coefficient should be between 0.5 and 0.6 when in a fully covered position; please adjust this value while taking duration into account.
Ver. 2
Added an error correction function based on total descent elevation when the route includes downhill sections.
Since errors are prone to occur on flat to gently sloping terrain, either divide the section into segments,
or—for short distances—add “flat distance (km) × 10” to the total descent elevation to correct for this to some extent.
