Match results... A win is "1," a loss is "0," and a tie is "0.5"

The rating algorithm is as follows:
New Rating R' = Coefficient K × (Match Result S - Expected Win Rate E) + Rating R
・Coefficient K... The maximum amount by which the rating can fluctuate per match
・Match Result S... "1" for a win, "0" for a loss, "0.5" for a draw (0 ≤ S ≤ 1)
・Expected Win Rate E... 1/(1 + 10^((Opponent Rating Ri - Rating R)/400))
