Social Insurance: Check the grade and insurance premiums determined at the regular assessment based on the wages paid in April, May, and June.
Add the monthly pro-rated commuting allowance to the salary for each month. In the June salary column, list only the base salary and other fixed allowances; this allows you to check whether the total, even after adding overtime pay, remains within the same pay grade. Please replace the health insurance premium rate with the rate applicable to your own insurance provider (including whether long-term care insurance premiums apply).
| Leeway | yenIf this amount is added to the June paycheck, the insurance premium will be one grade higher. |

* If a regular determination is made, the September insurance premium adjustment will take effect, and deductions will begin with the October paycheck.
* We do not calculate a two-month average excluding months with fewer than 17 working days.
* In contrast, an ad hoc adjustment is not implemented unless all months have 17 or more working days (11 or more for part-time workers). We have provided a formula to determine whether an ad hoc adjustment applies. Please use the search bar in the upper right corner to find it.
* Regular determination: Calculation Basis Notification; Ad hoc adjustment: Monthly Amount Change Notification
