Pension amounts may be listed as a combined total (please list them separately if one is deferred).
(Applies to individuals born on or after April 2, Showa 16.)
Our main calculation site also provides early and deferred pension calculations, so please

If you opt for early withdrawal with a reduced benefit, the cumulative total will grow at a slower rate, and by the time of the calculation, the total amount received later—
the total received at age 65—will catch up to and surpass it.
Conversely, if you are confident you will live a long life, delaying your withdrawal to receive a higher benefit will allow the total to catch up to and surpass
the total received at age 65 by the time of the calculation.
We provide the rate of increase or decrease based on the number of months of early or delayed receipt, along with the cumulative calculation.
