It simply tallies monthly hours and calculates the cumulative total. It accumulates the total without distinguishing between overtime and other types of hours.
If the same number of hours appears multiple times, enter it in the “Count” column, and the total will be calculated as a multiple of that number.
If you add a minus sign to a number in a column, that row will be counted as a subtraction.
If you enter “0” in the “Count” column, that row will be excluded from the total.
Switch to the “Minutes” column to enter minutes as a decimal in the “Hours” column.
Replace the colon (:) in the “Hours” column with a period (.) to enter hours and minutes (e.g., “Hours.Minutes”).
1:10 ⇒ 1.1, 1:01 ⇒ 1.01

I have only performed a simple check. I make no guarantees regarding the results.
I fixed an error in the output of negative results. I’ve simplified the input for hours and minutes.
