Calculations involving quadratic residues and the quadratic residue symbol

If the integers a and p are relatively prime, and the congruence x² ≡ a (mod p) has a solution, then a is called a quadratic residue modulo p. This calculator performs such calculations. It also calculates quadratic residues denoted by (a/p).
