Numberle: A Wordle-style game where you guess 5 numbers

I’m hooked on Wordle, where you guess 5-letter English words, so I created a game that does the same thing with numbers.
Please enter a 5-digit number one digit at a time. A circle (○) appears if the digit is correct and in the right position; a triangle (△) appears if the digit is correct but in the wrong position; and an X (×) appears if both the digit and the position are incorrect.
The puzzle changes every day.
