Enter the coefficient L of the numerator on the left-hand side (linear expression in x).
Enter the constant term M of the numerator on the left-hand side (linear expression in x).
Enter L and M as fractions.
Enter non-zero values in each denominator (input restrictions).
Enter P and Q, the denominators on both sides. Enter different values for P and Q.
Enter different values for P and Q (input restrictions apply).
Perform partial fraction decomposition and output the numerators a and b of the two terms on the right-hand side.
Display a and b as fractions.

Here, we deal with the case where a fractional expression—where the numerator is a linear expression and the denominator is the product of two linear expressions—
is decomposed into two terms: one with a constant numerator and the other with a linear denominator.
The form of the expression is
(Lx+M)/(x+P)(x+Q) = a/(x+P) + b/(x+Q).
We will perform partial fraction decomposition of the left-hand side into the right-hand side.
