Calculates the values necessary for body sculpting. This formula is for calculating the basal metabolic rate for women.
●A BMI of 22 is considered normal; 18.5 or below is underweight, and 25 or above is obese.
Women typically have a body fat percentage of around 25%. A body fat percentage exceeding 30% is considered obese.
A body fat percentage of 20% or below is considered underweight.

| BMI | |
| Body Fat Mass | kg |
| LBM (Lean Body Mass) | kg |
| FFMI (Fat-Free Mass Index) | |
| BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) | kcal |
| TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) for someone who does not exercise at all | kcal |
| TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) Light exercise 1–2 times a week | kcal |
| TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure): Moderate exercise 3–5 times per week | kcal |
| TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) – Intense exercise 6–7 times a week | kcal |
| TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) – Very intense exercise, twice a day | kacl |
| EA (Available Energy) | kcal |
| LEA (Minimum Available Energy) | kcal |
●FFMI: When a woman’s FFMI falls below 14, the risk of conditions such as diabetes increases. A value of around 16 is recommended.
●TEDD: Energy expenditure based on activity level (calculated from weight, height, age, and gender)
●EA45kcal: A guideline for energy intake for athletes and people with active lifestyles (lean body mass × 45 kcal)
●LEA (EA30kcal): If this value is exceeded, the risk of eating disorders, amenorrhea, and osteoporosis increases in women (lean body mass × 30 kcal).
*For men, the FFMI reference values are higher.
The calculation formula for TEDD also differs for men.
